During the ‘CFO Summit’ held by Business International Events, Tiziana Bonacina, our Group CFO, IT and HR, received the ‘Business International Finance Award 2023’ in the Financial Control, Planning and Reporting category.

From mid-2021, a new finance project started for reviewing, designing and implementing the reporting, business performance controlling system and methodology of our Group.

Her commitment and expertise in financial control and her team have led to outstanding results for Nadella. The team competences to manage financial resources and provide accurate planning has contributed significantly to the company's growth and success, optimizing business processes and ensuring transparency and accuracy of reports that enabled the company to take informed and strategic decisions.
