Circular Rails

Nadella proposes several circular rails based on the FS family of profiles. The rails can be used in different configurations:

• As an entire circumference
• Single sectors
• Joined together with straight pieces of rail to obtain oval or ring circuits.

The rails are made of steel, induction-hardened on the raceways, with the same section dimensions as straight FS... M rails. Alignment blocks facilitate easy and precise mounting, and all circuit pieces are appropriately marked to avoid mistakes during joining. For corrosion protection, Nadella suggests nickel plating (option NW) for both straight and circular pieces. Stainless steel guides (option NX) are available upon request.

Customized rings with different sections or radii can be realized to meet specific demands.

• No clearance at any point in the circuit, improving transition area accuracy and reducing running noise.
• Studs of the steering carriage fitted with needle bearings and seals for lubricant retention and protection.
• Tightening of the stud is achieved by fully tightening the nut, ensuring the best locking.
