On April 6, 2011 the company PL S.r.l., located in Carugate (http://plrettifiche.com/), joined the Nadella Group: the group leader, Nadella S.r.l., acquired 100% of PL corporation stock and the merger and full integration of PL activities in Nadella Group is expected by year-end.
